Objective: An extended sales support for partners through Zicoms professional team to acquire and execute prestigious projects. About the Program: · Active Assistance Program (AAP) will be a support program exclusively for Zicom Channel Partners. · Zicom will use its expertise and experience to assist partners in their growth · Channel partners can now avail this service to increase its sales revenue. What is Site Survey? Site survey will include: · Visit of our Engineer to the customers place or site. · Detailing on all Products / Systems are to be installed. · Defining Bill of Quantity · Estimating cable measurements and other accessories required at the site. Rates: Site Survey Rs.1,000 (Above charges are only for the serviceable regions, additional charges shall apply for non-serviceable regions.)
Terms & Conditions: · The Services will be completed in accordance with the timing and pricing as mutually agreed in writing by the parties. · Vouchers will be valid for one year from the date of issue. · Above mentioned service charges are inclusive of Service taxes. · Above Charges are applicable for 25 Zicom Serviceable Areas (as per Annexure A), · Charges for Non Serviceable town will include travel, lodging and Boarding of the Zicom Engineer on actual. · Ticket number for the service request will only be raised on receiving duly filled service request form and realization of advance payment. · Cheque or DD should be in favor of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd. · Channel partner should accompany Zicom Engineer at the time of service execution. · If the channel partner does not accompany the engineer, inference drawn by the Zicom Engineer will be final. · All matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai only. · For More Information: · Program Manager - Mihir Mehta -- +919702611129 · Email Id activeassistance@zicom.com · Toll-Free 1800-270-4567
