| "WE HAVE INSTALLED ZICOM SECURITY SYSTEM IN OUR SHOWROOM M/S AKANKSHA ELECTRONICS AT ANDHERI AND MALAD.
THIS IS TO CONFIRM THAT ON 3RD OF APRIL I RECD A CALL FROM ZICOM AT AROUND 5.30 AM INFORMING ABOUT INTRUSION IN OUR ANDHERI SHOWROOM.
WHEN I WENT THER I FOUND THAT 3 PERSONS HAVE ENTERED OUR SHOWROOM BY BREAKING ALL LOCKS AND THEN THE GLASS.
BUT AFTER THERE ENTERING DUE TO THE INSTALLTION OF ZICOM SECURTY SYSTEM THE BUZZER SOUNDED AND THEY ALL RAN AWAY.
BECAUSE OF THIS BUZZER THEY COULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING AND ALL OUR GOODS WERE INTACT.
WE ARE REALLY PROUD TO HAVE INSTALLED ZICOM SECURITY SYSTEM
I REALLY APPRECIATE THE INFORMATION GIVEN ON 3RD APRIL IN MORNING HOURS BY YOUR STAFF ABOUT INTRUSION.

On 24 jan midnight at 3-15 am my Garia - Kolkata Nokia Priority Showroom shutter could not be broken because of security system. As soon as thieves tried to broke the shutter alarm hooter starts and they have to ran away.Also i got phone call at midnight 3-16 am from Zicom."

| "First of all thank you for the support and co-ordination which Mr Ravi and ZICOM team did when burglary happened at my home on 28May11 @2:15AM. His co-ordination is really appreciated, and I am sure that helped in reducing the losses.
Theft entered into my locked home premises on 28th May 11. At that time I was going to my home town in Andhra. I have received call at 2:16AM which is immediately, after the SMS at 2:15AM, from Mr Ravi. This really helped us to alert our neighbors. Though thefts entered into house, broke doors, locks and made mess,the call from Mr Ravi along with my neighbors support helped in preventing further losses which could happen to electronics goods. I really appreciate the kind of co-ordination Mr Ravi did by calling me multiple times and trying to reach me & alerting us.

| "This is to inform you that we received fire alarm call from Zicom controlling office at about 9.35 pm on 02/06/2011 for Punjab National Bank Dombivali east branch. We were timely alerted by your office executive Mr.Manoj about certain untoward happening at our branch. We immediately rushed to the branch and saw that your fire alarm signal was glowing red near our UPS room near Safe. While we were inspecting the cause of the fire, smoke and burst of control switch burst due to leakage of rain water. Immediately, we have switched off the connection and called the Engineer/Electrician for rectification. Thus a major fire accident was averted by your timely warning. We thank very much to you and your team for your prompt timely service and expect your continued support in the years to come."

On receipt of this message we have reached our office and found that some one enyered the premises and left immediately due to alarm going on buzzing. Fortunately nothing was stolen from our premises
